• Leading YES Bolivia since 2007, Saldaña is the President of Action Civil which is the host agency for YES Bolivia, supporting the Network in training youth in leadership, democracy and social participation.
• His vision is to empower youth through entrepreneurship, leadership and skill building.
• Saldaña initiated work in skill development to prepare students better access to jobs, starting at the secondary school level, focusing especially on the students in their final year of high school.
• Raised US $ 6,000 from key partners such as 2k Studios, a private organization, in 2008.
• Was awarded the Youth Prize United Nations by Bolivia, 2003, volunteer of the year in the act Global Youth Service-Bolivia, 2004 and the volunteer of the year by Rotaract-Bolivia 2008.
• Serves as a member of Rotaract-Bolivia (he was the president of Service Community), is a member of IDB Youth and Global Youth Network (he was Coordinator of Global Youth Service Day-Bolivia), and Supervisor of Entrepreneur Leaders from Bolivia and Monitoring Program Tuja Digital.
• Attended conferences in Holland (2001), USA (2000), Colombia 2007, Venezuela (2005), among others.
• Has been serving as a volunteering for the last 18 years.
• Has a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Economic Agricola and Business Administration. His key expertise is in the areas of planning, designing and monitoring Social Program
