• Initiated YES Central African Republic in 2001, to foster employment and youth leadership programs in the country
• Started the initiative as part of the policy established by the Ministry of Youth and it occupies a strategic position as a training initiative in government's fight against unemployment in the country
• The vision is to create 0.5 million jobs for youth in the country by 2012
• Established YES Central African Republic as a network of over 90 organizations from diverse fields and facilitated the creation of several youth employment initiatives in the country
• Under his leadership, YES-RCA offers institutional support for those stakeholders seeking information on youth and developed a series of services for young job seekers and provided training, project development support and donor linkages
• YES RCA partners with several stakeholders involved in the field of socio-economic development including the Ministry of Youth, local authorities, international organizations, donors, civil society organizations and private sector. Has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Africa-vision SATEC industry, to launch YES - RCA projects and programs conce rning youth
