• Has been leading YES Chile since 2008 as Director of Fundacion E, which hosts the Network.
• She works on developing youth entrepreneurship.
• She was instrumental in getting her Network selected host the III YES Latin American forum as a preparatory regional event of the 5th Global Youth Employment Summit (YES 2010) with support from Santiago de Chile University.
• She has more than 10 years of experience in delivering courses on behavioral formation to more than 3.000 people in Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, including professionals of municipalities, institutions, government, companies, schools and universities and micro enterprisers.
• She has worked from 1984 in the private sector for marketing, publicity, capacity building and team leadership. She has founded diverse business initiatives in food service, media, coaching, training and managing (Uworks, GMH, Barra Bar, Arteregalo) in Argentina, Uruguay and Mexico. She has been an independent consultant of Jafra International (Gillete Argentina) and New Generation SA.
