• Guzman has recently taken up the leadership of YES Colombia. He is the President of Corporacion Emprendedores Colombia (CEC), which hosts the Network. CEC is dedicated to the development and execution of projects on entrepreneurship and productivity in Colombia.
• Guzman was a winner as best manager in small and medium enterprise (Art Limited Tierradentro) in the sustainability category of a recent contest organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism.
• He contributed towards the development and passing of the Law 1014 about building an entrepreneurship culture.
• He is an active member of the Board of the National Network of Entrepreneurship as the Colombian youth's representative.
• Tutor of the National Service of Learning (NSOL), consultant in entrepreneurship topics, business and productivity, and is an expert in microenterprise development
• Attended the YES Mexico summit 2004 and in the YES Latin America forums (Paraguay 2005, Panama 2008).
• Was recruited as a trainer in the Ibero American meeting of the International Organization of Youth (Argentina) for entrepreneurship development.
