• Founded YES Guinea Bissau Network, in March (2003), as nonprofit organization working towards generating youth livelihoods
• His vision is of generating youth employment in Guinea Bissau and engaging stakeholders to support this initiative.
• Initiated a job center and youth training to help youth set up their businesses as well as facilitate professional job training for youth
• Was selected as partner to youth employment project of UNDP, UNFPA
• Serves as a member of National Youth Council of Guinea Bissau, and human rights activist in Guinea Bissau.
• Attended YES Kenya 2006, YES Alexandria 2007, YES Baku 2008, Brazilian Youth Conference in Brasilia in April 2008 , GKP Conference in Manila, UN Assembly in New York
• Volunteers time for YES Guinea Bissau since 2003
• Has a Master’s Degree in teaching
• His key expertise is in the areas of youth activist, tourism and hotel management.
