• Founded YES Network in 2003, as a nonprofit organization that builds awareness, and empowers young people towards dignity in labor and sustainable livelihoods.
• Allison’s vision is to create job opportunities and sustainable livelihood for the youth of Liberia and world over.
• Initiated training on youth entrepreneurship in communities and schools, and started career development seminars.
• Was awarded Internship of the David Sjogren Memorial Fund by the Tallberg Foundation in 2008
• Serves as a member of Transitional Justice Working Group (TJWG) OF Liberia, Global Campaigner- Climate Change and Sustainability
• Was Secretary-General (2005-2007) of the Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY). As head of the National Secretariat, he supervised and coordinates the programs and activities of the Federation.
• Attened YES Alexandria in 2007, YES Kenya in 2006, GKP Conference in Manila, UN Expert Group Meeting in Windhoek, Namibia Mano River Union - Liberia, Guinea, Sierra Leone and La Cote D’Ivoire youth employment conference
• Has a Bachelors/ Degree in Political Science.
• His key expertise is in the areas of youth development and human rights advocacy.
