• Leading YES Nicaragua since 2004, he is a member and founder of Opcion Nicaragua, which is the YES Nicaragua host agency, a non profit organization that is focusing their efforts towards social entrepreneurship. In 2008 YES Nicaragua launched the YES Fellow Program together with the Agrarian National University.
• Has served as Coordinator of the National Program of Youth Training for the Youth Secretary of the Presidential Republic of Nicaragua. Also worked in the Project Entra 21.
• Founder of the Nicaraguan Network of Entrepreneurship of Foster Entrepreneurship. Currently he is an analyst for planning of the Nicaraguan Institute responsible for the development of projects and the monitoring of the institutional plan. Has also developed several micro enterprise and youth cooperatives.
• He has participated in the YES Latin America Forum (Paraguay 2005, Panama 2008), and attended YES Mexico 2004, YES Kenya 2006 and YES Baku 2008. Attended other international events on entrepreneurship that helped him to develop the methodology of business incubator of Opcion Nicaragua and other business toolkits for the organization.
• Jaime is an agriculture engineer with specialization in lands and waters, graduating from the Agrarian National University. Has a certification given by ILO as trainer in the method “Begin your Business”. He has experience in rural community development and in ITC.
