- Leading YES Nigeria Network since 2004, as a nonprofit organization that helps Nigerian youth take personal and collective action on employment issues.
- Her vision is to have youth attain and achieve sustainable livelihoods and contribute to nation building.
- She Initiated the national employment policy review by youth ‘The Youth Development Zone’, a unique youth program merging entertainment, training, life skill building and entrepreneurship.
- Jointly raised $15k with two other organizations from the Cross River State Government for a Dec 2008 program- Youth Development Zone.
- Was Selected as Government delegate to the 23rd ILO Session focusing partly on Youth Employment issues.
- Served as a member of Nigerian National Committee on Employment Policy Implementation Guidelines, National Committee on ILO- Decent Work Program. Board member of Action Aid led – ‘Niger Delta Peoples Parliament Program’ in 2007.
- Volunteers time for work with youth empowerment, young women leadership, child rights and coalition building,
- Has a Bachelors Degree in architecture. Her key expertise is in the areas of policy advocacy, coalition building, youth engagement, entrepreneurship/employability, leadership and governance. And is a professional vocalist.
