• Leading YES Panama Network since 2004, she was part of the organizing team of the YES Latin America Forum in Panama where she presented the “Latin American Agenda of the Youth Entrepreneurship 2008 – 2010”, and started the process of ‘Rework the World’ towards YES Sweden 2010.
• YES Panama vision is “to strengthen the law of juvenile employment in the country, negotiating alliances that offer employment opportunities for the youth and the development and training of entrepreneurs. “
• From 2001 – 2004 she worked as the Youth Director for the Panama Government.
• Was the coordinator of volunteers of the 20th World IAVE Volunteer Conference (2008) and organized the World Festival of the Youth in Panama (2004) where 5000 people participated.
• Attended YES Kenya 2006, YES Mexico 2004, and also participated at the YES Latin America Forum in Paraguay (2005).
• Volunteers time to work for youth empowerment, and developing young women leadership.
• Has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and is currently an independent consultant in business social responsibility having worked with diverse companies and organizations in Panama.
