• Founded YES Rwanda Network in 2004 as non-profit organization that helps to create decent and productive employment and entrepreneurship promotion avenues for youth.
• His vision is to create a nation where youth have a sense purpose, skilled and have a hard working culture; a youth population with pro social values and where majority have access to employment, lead decent and productive livelihoods
• Initiated a process to build a YES Rwanda Network, a powerful coalition to generate youth employment.
• Raised over US$500,000 from key partners such as Oxfam Novib, Trickier (Ireland), UN Economic Commission for Africa
• Selected as national delegate to the International Youth Parliament (Oxfam Community Aid Abroad, Sydney Australia)
• Were a Founder and Leader of Youth Association for Human Rights and Development (JIJUKIRWA) an organization that has sensitized over 100,000 youths on Human Rights as well as handled up to 2600 Human Rights Abuse cases
• Attained Global exposure at Hague Appeal for Peace, YES Alexandria 2002, GKP Conference in Kuala Lumpur, UN Assembly in New York, 2002, ILO Consultative Meeting on Youth Employment, Geneva, 2005
