• Founding member of the Swaziland YES Network which advocates and lobby to raise awareness on youth poverty and unemployment, through forums, trainings and projects.
• Vision is to adapt, diversify and innovate to generate youth employment and foster entrepreneurship.
• Initiated national water forum that brings government, private sector and all stakeholders to discuss the current and future water resources management systems with emphasis on opportunities for youth employment, funded by United Nations and local private sector companies. Started a mentorship programme, funded by Youth Development Network (YDN) to benefit 60 young people. Initiated and monitored water needs assessment project funded by Global Water Partnerships-Swaziland Charter.
• He was member of the Country Water Partnerships Committee, Chairperson, MDGs Committee, supported by UNDP, Focal Person at Swaziland National Youth Council for youth communications at national level. He was also the Manzini City Junior Council.
• Attained global exposure at International Youth Municipality Conference in Colorado, USA, YES Summits: Alexandra, Mexico, Kenya and Baku, Mrs. Susan Mubarak Peace Conference in Sham El Sheik, Global Water Partnership Symposium in Zambia and SADC Youth Forum in Zimbabwe.
• Has key expertise in communications, marketing, project management, entrepreneurship and leadership development. Has an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communications, Diploma in Project management.
