• Founded YES Uganda Network, in 2002, as non-profit organization that engages local governments, private sector, civil society organizations and other development partners to frame policies, develop projects that equip young people with job skills.
• Vision is to nurture a country in which all-young people, especially the youth, women, facing poverty, have productive, decent and sustainable livelihoods.
• Initiated entrepreneurship training for out of school youth and trained over 8000 youth, in partnership with local governments. Also initiated a program titled ‘Debate to Action’, a local platform for young people to learn about MDGs and how governments can engage youth in this process. Initiated a local secondary school to enable youth facing poverty attain education and later join vocational training. Initiated entrepreneurship clubs for youth in secondary schools and the open space technology project for leadership enhancement training for youth.
• Raised over US $ 80,000 from key partners such as Ministry of Gender, UN HABITAT, Wakiso Local Government, European Union and enterprise Uganda.
• The organization that he founded, YES Uganda was recognized and awarded the best Entrepreneurship Catalyzing Organization.
• Serves as a member of National Youth Council, UN HABITAT Uganda Youth Projects, ICT – Cluster Member and Entrepreneurship Consulting Organization.
• Was Head Prefect in two schools, and Minister for Finance at the University.
• Attained global exposure at YES Alexandria 2002, World Bank Training in Ottawa 2003, IICD training in India 2005, UNIDO Training in Nairobi 2005, YES Kenya 2006, Nairobi, YES Alexandria 2009 and European Union Training in Kampala.
• Has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and has key expertise in the areas of Business Development and Capacity Building.
