• Founded YES Iraq Network, in 2005, as a non-profit organization that helps to activate the role of youth and their participation in the network to fight unemployment, decrease poverty; generate jobs and investment opportunities for youth businesses
• Works as a part of the YES Global Campaign to benefit from its experience, to develop youth capacities in Iraq to generate jobs and engage youth in productive entrepreneurial opportunities
• Initiated courses to develop youth abilities in the political and democratic process by involving youth organizations
• Raised over USD 10.0000 yearly from key partners of Iraqi Commission for Civil Society Enterprises
• Serves as a chairperson of Iraqi Woman and Child Net. She is also the General Coordinator of Iraqi Commission for Civil Society Enterprises and Iraqi Youth Employment and Development Net.
• She also works as a member at the Iraqi team for elections monitoring.
• Was member of National Union of Students of Iraq and Iraqi Center for Justice and Human Rights
• Attained global exposure at the third and fourth Arab Reform Forum, Alexandria (2006 – 2007), Global Conference On Violence Against Women in the Middle East, organized by the Norwegian (NPA) held in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, in 2005,the 3rd Global Youth Employment Summit, held in Nairobi, Kenya, in 2006.
• Has been volunteering her time for the past 6 years for several humanitarian and development initiatives.
• Has a Bachelors Degree English language education.
• Her key expertise is in the areas of civil society, youth and women.
